Just had them come out and service my outside condenser. The guy was extremely nice and talkative. Not only did he get approval on site through the home warranty company but even gave the manufacture a call to find out my unit was still under warranty. He then followed it up with some maintenance advice to increase the longevity of the unit. Would highly recommend using them.

First time working with this company .To say Andrew at Elite Climate Control went above and beyond would be an understatement . You can tell he genuinely cared about us as customers, and that our future business was important to him. He picked up the phone promptly, drove out to my house in just a matter of a few days and had the problem resolved in less than a hour . I previously had someone at my home a few days prior to Andrew showing and I won’t name names but he left with his $$ for showing up and my heat was in the same state when he left - not working properly. immediate response. The contractor who assisted me was very honest, trustworthy, with 30+ years of experience. When speaking with other companies, the only alternative they had for me was to replace the entire Furnace. Scott the contractor made a simple switch, and my air conditioner was working for just a little over $300. Compared to other quotes Ranging from $2,000-$6,000 What I love most about this company is that they Offer a variety of solutions, Handy, Honest, And Reliable. I will refer this company to anyone I know in the Columbus area.

This is the first time we used Elite Climate Control for our AC Tune Up. The technician explained the process thoroughly and took time to clean and test the unit. Since it was a cooler day today, tech aid that he will come back on a warmer day to do the final check (free of cost). Good service and courteous employee.

Absolutely amazing service! Can not recommend Scott and his team enough! Had an issue with the AC, they got us on the schedule for the very next day, they came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day and gave us recommendations if this were to happen again what to do. The issue was explained in normal people terms, he showed us exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it and then fixed it. Hopefully we won’t have any more HVAC issues but if we do they will be our first call again. Recommend to all our friends and family!

We recently had to do a complete replacement of AC and furnace after years of preventative maintenance by Elite Climate Control. We hired Elite to come and service our HVAC during a basement renovation. During their service call, they noticed our hot water tank was installed incorrectly by our renovation company and we had dangerous levels of carbon monoxide leaking out of our system—the basement renovators dismantled our detector so we were unaware! They did an excellent job of fixing bad work and went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe. A few days later I got a courtesy call to make sure we were all ok. I trust these folks with my life! Not only do they do great work, they care about their customers.
