Scott was incredible,he arrived a few minutes earlier than schedule and diagnosed the issue with the AC properly and when approved by the warranty company he fixed every thing very efficiently, he was very professional ,great guy!

This is the first time we used Elite Climate Control for our AC Tune Up. The technician explained the process thoroughly and took time to clean and test the unit. Since it was a cooler day today, tech aid that he will come back on a warmer day to do the final check (free of cost). Good service and courteous employee.

When speaking with other companies, the only alternative they had for me was to replace the entire Furnace. Absolutely amazing service! Can not recommend Scott and his team enough! Had an issue with the AC, they got us on the schedule for the very next day, they came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day and gave us recommendations if this were to happen again what to do. The issue was explained in normal people terms, he showed us exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it and then fixed it. Hopefully we won’t have any more HVAC issues but if we do they will be our first call again. Recommend to all our friends and family!
